2018 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Much more than your standard sauvignon blanc – this one continues to rack up the medals and trophies.
Outstanding fruit, grown in an amphitheatre of marri and jarrah trees is then provided special treatment in the winery including partial exposure to new French oak and extended time on lees, creating a palate weight and structure that sees it become a serious example of the variety.
Rich aromas of peaches and lemon curd, limes and gooseberries introduce a palate with generous flavours and an amazing length.
A wine that can be easily enjoyed during a summers afternoon or as an aperitif for a dinner party!

Unfortunately we have sold out.
Estate-grown, 30% spent 10 weeks in new French oak before being blended with the remainder of the wine in tank, matured on lees for three months. The oak has unquestionably added to the texture and structure, but hasn't submerged the varietal flavour. Very handy wine.
