2018 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2018 season produced near perfect growing conditions in Margaret River, resulting in an excellent red wine vintage. A wonderfully balanced growing season resulted in perfect ripeness and delicate tannin structure in red wines.

Violets, graphite and black cherries introduce a sheer cascading palate. Delicate fine tannin, liquorice and cherry glaze drive home a concentrated core of fruit.

2018 red wines from Margaret River are a ‘standout’.  This wine is a prime example of what happens when all the planets align to produce exceptional wine.  Add superb wine making from Bruce Dukes and you get ‘impeccable poise and balance’. A wine for now and the ‘ages’.

Our focus is a wine of elegance, with soft yet firm tannins and a timeless finish.

Unfortunately we have sold out.

Awards & Reviews

Deep ruby core with some purple to the rim. Cigar-box, tomato leaf and blackcurrant aromas. A solid core of black fruit, layers of dried olives and rosemary sit underneath. Distinct intensity but yet sits with a lightness from a very fine breeze of acidity and fine grained but persistent tannins. Impeccably poised and balanced.
