Very bright, youthful purple/red colour, essency aromas remind of cola and sarsparilla, flecked with licorice and spice ... the flavour is quite penetrating. Ranked #2 of 2017 Shiraz tasted from Margaret River

Matured for 16 months in new and used French puncheons. An elegant medium-bodied wine firmly linked with spicy, savoury flavours, its structure built around fine tannins and minimal oak.
Silver The WA Wine Show 2019
Cola and aniseed, black fruit and spice, a little cedar oak in support. It's quite chewy and grainy, almost a sticky feel to the tannin, blue and black fruits, and a spicy finish of some dryness and moderate length. Solid.
